Ingredients
100gms Potatoes – Slice well with unpeeled.
100gms Mayonnaise
1tbspn Green Capsicum – Finely chopped
Salt – To taste
White Pepper – A pinch
Cinnamon Powder – A pinch
Nutmeg Powder – A pinch
Directions
- Keep Potato and enough water in the deep Glass bowl.
- Microwave covered on high power for 4 minutes
- Potato must be cooked but not mashy
- Drain water and make cool.
- Mix mayonnaise, capsicum, salt, pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg in another bowl.
- Add potato and mix again in the mixed ingredients bowl.
- Serve hot or Cold.
