Delicious soup can be served like breakfast for those who like light food. Rich nutrients and vitamins are available in this vegetable soup.

Ingredients

  • 400 gms Bottle gaurd

  • 100 gms Noodles

  • 100 gms Onions

  • 1 Litre vegetable stock

  • 100 Peas

  • 100 Carrots

  • 250 gms potatoes

  • 100 gms Tomatoes

  • 600 water

  • Salt to taste

  • 1/4tsp Pepper powder

Directions

  • Finely chop all the vegetables first.
  • Add 400ml water on the bowl and heat on microwave for 5 minutes.
  • Then Add the Noodles in the hot water and closed with Lid and stand for 10 minutes.
  • Take another bowl and mix bottle guard, 200ml of vegetable stock , and Onions. Keep the microwave on high for 5 minutes.
  • Take out the bowl to cool and wait till like Puree.
  • Mix puree with peas, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes and the remaining stock.
  • Keep that bowl on the microwave for 10 minutes on High power and pausing and stir on every 3 minutes.
  • Finally Add Salt and pepper and keep in Microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Just allow it to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
