Spicy and delicious Ladies finger to cook in microwave with fine taste. Let’s try it.
Ingredients
250 gms Ladies Finger
1/2tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2tsp Coriander Powder
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2tsp Sugar
1/2 amchoor powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
Directions
- Wash and dry ladies finger thoroughly.
- Remove the ends and slit the Ladies finger lengthwise without cutting through it.
- In a bowl, mix the garam masala powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, sugar, amchoor powder and salt.
- Mix the spices well and add the lemon juice and make it as paste
- Apply this paste inside the slit Ladies Finger.
- Put the oil in a glass bowl and microwave on medium power for 5 seconds
- Add the Ladies finger, toss well and microwave on high power for 6 minutes, taking care to pause and stir after every 2 minutes.
- Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
