Microwave

Spicy and delicious Ladies finger to cook in microwave with fine taste. Let’s try it.

Ingredients

  • 250 gms Ladies Finger

  • 1/2tsp Garam Masala Powder

  • 1/2tsp Red Chilli Powder

  • 1/2tsp Coriander Powder

  • 1/2tsp Turmeric Powder

  • 1/2tsp Sugar

  • 1/2 amchoor powder

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Wash and dry ladies finger thoroughly.
  • Remove the ends and slit the Ladies finger lengthwise without cutting through it.
  • In a bowl, mix the garam masala powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, sugar, amchoor powder and salt.
  • Mix the spices well and add the lemon juice and make it as paste
  • Apply this paste inside the slit Ladies Finger.
  • Put the oil in a glass bowl and microwave on medium power for 5 seconds
  • Add the Ladies finger, toss well and microwave on high power for 6 minutes, taking care to pause and stir after every 2 minutes.
  • Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
