Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp yeast

  • 1 cup warm water

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup pizza sauce

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup toppings of your choice (such as sliced pepperoni, diced vegetables, etc.)

Directions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  • Slowly add in the warm water and olive oil, stirring until the dough comes together.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it rise for about 1 hour.
  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Add your desired toppings.
  • Place the pizza on a baking sheet or a pizza stone and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
