Delicious potato recipe rich is potassium and antioxidant. Good snacks for the for all potato lovers.

Ingredients

  • 100gms Potatoes – Slice well with unpeeled.

  • 100gms Mayonnaise

  • 1tbspn Green Capsicum – Finely chopped

  • Salt – To taste

  • White Pepper – A pinch

  • Cinnamon Powder – A pinch

  • Nutmeg Powder – A pinch

Directions

  • Keep Potato and enough water in the deep Glass bowl.
  • Microwave covered on high power for 4 minutes
  • Potato must be cooked but not mashy
  • Drain water and make cool.
  • Mix mayonnaise, capsicum, salt, pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg in another bowl.
  • Add potato and mix again in the mixed ingredients bowl.
  • Serve hot or Cold.
