How to make Rice Pudding in Microwave

Ingredients
100gms Rice (Basmati preferred)
500ml Milk
1 tbspn Ghee
200ml Condensed milk
50gm sugar (To Taste)
Saffron – Few strands Soaked in milk
1/4tsp Cardamom powder
Directions
- Wash the Rice in water and keep it soaked for 15 minutes and Drained.
- Then keep the Rice in Microwave safe plate and spread it. Turn it ON for 8 minutes. Stir well every 4 minutes.
- Move the roasted rice to the microwave safe bowl and add ghee to it. Microwave uncovered for 6 minutes and stir every 3 minutes
- Then add remaining ingredients Milk, condensed milk, cardamom powder ,kesar. Mix all well.
- Turn ON the microwave and set the timer for 8 minutes and stir every 4 minutes by stopping the timer.
- Leave to the stand by 5 minute and serve warm or chilled.
